WOW! Three and a half years after it mattered. This question went to Amy Conehead Barrett a week before the election and she refused to participate because she had only been on the court for a week and deciding whether undated ballots coming in a week late were legit was tough for empty notepad girl. So Pennsylvania stuffed the ballot box with undated ballots coming in for another week or two.

exactly! this among many other reasons is why Trump says the election was stolen! Because state election laws were NOT followed!

I’m genuinely surprised this stupid Pennsylvania requirement hasn’t been overturned in court.

1. If a mail-in ballot is received before Election Day then it makes no difference what date is on the envelope.

2. The PA law is so useless because it doesn’t specify WHAT DATE needs to be posted on the envelope.

3. Unless the voter puts a date on the envelope that is clearly wrong (July 4th of 1776, for example), there’s no way to verify if the date they posted is actually the date the ballot was filled out.
