The tax implications would be vast. He's got some huge stock premium coming, there is no way he would want that taxed additionally from a state.

Trump isn't going to change his primary address.

Florida has laws in place to protect a primary address in litigation. Trump understands this.

The VP will not be DeSantis or Rubio unless one of them moves and that's extremely unlikely.
