Illinois is grappling with a string of issues which have triggered a rise in residents departing the state.
The state has struggled to add jobs and its public pension debt has ballooned to nearly $150 billion. Meanwhile, its population has declined, hurting tax income.

The people fleeing the state, are likely a large part of the voting public that brought into power those that made the state a shithole, which means that, those fleeing are also responsible for making Illinois the shithole that it has become.
Illinois has had a hard core communist cell operating for years. And yes, they took over several of the colleges in the vicinity (including Notre Dame in nearby Indiana and the U of Wisconsin) too.
This commie cell helped groom and channel the Saudi and SorozNazi $$ for the illegal (Obama).
It is very active and very well funded. It continues to be permitted to operate, apparently (?) with no action whatsoever to shut it down.

We were driving back to Indiana from Ohio last weekend, and saw a car with a White Sox/ Illinois license plate. In the back window was a sticker that said S*#! Hole with the outline of Illinois in between the two words. I’m sure that person agrees with this article.

At the time, Senator Dirksen of Illinois warned that Chicago would come to dominate Springfield. He was right; due to Reynolds, Illinois is near bankruptcy and losing population as people flee high taxes, higher unemployment, and societal destruction.
It definitely needs to be revised and repealed if the right test case can be found! It would solve a lot of problems for a dozen states or so.

Growing up in the Chicago suburbs in the 60’s I knew that dead people could vote.
In the mid 70’s my Dad got a job offer to move us to a corn field in Indiana.
Dad was ecstatic!
