Inflation will rule the day during the next few years, but I don’t see how long-term it can continue.

I think we’re headed towards Japanese economics eventually but have a ways to go to get to that point.
It was amazing at the beginning of this year while six rate cuts were priced in-I asked folks-do you think rates will be higher or lower one year from now? It broke right at 50% on each side. I concluded largely no change year over year. lol
