Similar to the Texas law that has already been enjoined by a federal judge.

SCOYUS will allow the IOWA and Texas laws to stand.
All the ststes have to do is show as a matter of fact that the law concerning illegal aliens is NOT being enforced. That should be easy enough.

which criminalizes “illegal reentry” into the state by undocumented [illegal] immigrants—a move the DOJ deems a violation of the Constitution. You can count on the Democrats to get things 100% backwards.

“a move the DOJ deems a violation of the Constitution”
The ability to traverse states “without pass or passport” is a Constitutional privilege accorded to citizens and lawfully present aliens.
The States never signed up for uncontrolled immigration. The plan was for the Federal government to vet and control the entry of foreigners according to standards set by the Congress.
Thus there is no “Constitutional” Right for illegal aliens to enter a State as they please.
Garland and his nation wrecking crew know this. But they abuse the “parole authority” to justify moving illegals into the States as they please.

The US Constitution DOES NOT APPLY to criminal, illegal, alien invaders. A tall tree and piano wire, does.
Find a tall tree and 'decorate' it...
