I'm not a huge Ben Shapiro fan, but he has posted nice descriptions of this, basically summarizing the idea that "Most Jews aren't Jews". Meaning that ethnic Jews often care very much about leftwing politics and that the goals of communism are their modern religion. Most of those Jews do not actively practice the religion of Judaism. Hence the paradox that "Most Jews aren't Jews".
It would be a huge win if Jews abandoned the ideology of the Left and perhaps came back to Judaism. Jews should be Jews.
