They won’t be welcoming anybody but the rats. The third-world illegals will trash that place in no time, just as they have done with other formerly fine NYC hotels.

Yep. The city is paying these hotels top-dollar to house the illegals. I wonder if the contracts say the city will pay for all clean up and repair if and when the illegals leave.

If not, the hotels are taking a bit of a chance.
