For his ramp and cicada kimchi, he leaves the insects whole and intact in their crackling shells so they're slowly permeated with a spicy fermenting juice, and serves it with a wobble of soft tofu and warm rice.

"Pretty much anything you can make with shrimp, you can make with cicadas."

A month ago I made a joke about "coconut-fried tree shrimp" and the proglodytes make me a prophet.

“...post some videos of your employees enjoying the crunch...”

The New York Times is filled with sodomites. The only crunch they like is the one they get when fudge packing. /spit

Only shrimp are not bugs. They are crustaceans.

Civilized people don’t eat cicadas, or any other nasty thing like it.

There are some that call shrimp and lobsters the “insects of the sea” but they are crustaceans, not even in the same ballpark as insects.

I’ll consider it when the White House includes cicadas in state dinners for foreign leaders.

Yes, president Macron, we are pleased to offer you this evening our finest menu:

Antipasto de Ant au cervelle de souris.
Sauteed cicada a la oignon.
grilled grasshoppers with sauce de Worstershire aux grenouilles de Marais.

Bon appetit!

Use enough “Navy Gravy” (Ketchup) and they’ll taste just fine.

An apartment I had in college was infested with cockroaches. We’d have to cycle the toaster in the AM to get them out before making toast. If we’d known better we could have left them in there and had cockroach toast. Yum.
