You can heat your home with electric home heating, but I don’t think there is electric home cooling, outside an air conditioner.

You can use natural gas in a chiller system, but You’re more likely to see that in an industrial environment.

Geothermal is an option, but of course it does require electricity to run the pump and blowers/fans.
