that they may find something they like in them
but RFK is a far leftist (take a peek at his choice for Veep!) and thus he will suck tons of votes away from the vertical corpse now Occupying our White House
I am not a political campaign expert (a fact that should be obvious by now, ha ha) but I think RFK can only help Trump?
I’ve been basically saying the same thing since RFK showed up.
The raw and immediate nastiness out of the Democrat machine when RFK started to get some attention and traction was just a precursor of what is to come.
The Democrat establishment is going to go after RFK nastier than anything, you are already starting to see little hints of it now and again, now that three way polling is starting to show up in earnest, but they are still conning themselves into believing that RFK will be a bigger net negative to Trump than Biden... as it becomes more and more evident that that is NOT the case the absolute ruthless attacks on RFK will become staggering.
They thought that suppression would deal with him, and once they pushed him out of the party, the attention he was getting in the press did indeed die down for a bit, however, that appears to be ending with him returning to more regular rotation in the “news”. They don’t mind him being a 3rd party candidate, they know a 3rd party candidate can’t win, and as long as he’s hurting Trump more than Biden, and that was their initial belief, and one they have been repeating for months.
However, now that the primaries are effectively over, and focus is on the fall race, polls are showing that’s not really whats going on. None of the polls have been enough to cause the full on panic yet, but they are consistently showing that with RFK in the race, Trump is still winning by the same margins or better than he was without him in the polling. When you see a majority of those polls showing Biden doing consistently far worse when RFK is in the race, you are going to see the nastiest of the nasty released against RFK and it won’t be coming from the right.
