Given the revelations coming out of the handling of the case and documents I would say the judge is seeing this thing is a fiasco and probably sees this as a dismissal coming. The judge may entertain a dismissal and maybe with prejudice down the line.

It could also be that the polling really says Trump will win, and they are all protecting each other, delays that lead to dismissal. I believe all DA’s and Judges cover for each other.
