At a recent Central Florida Democratic club meeting, a committee member said he was outraged at what the state GOP is doing to purge voter rolls.
“If we lose any close elections this year and the abortion amendment, you can blame (Gov) DeSantis and his party for rigging the outcomes due to his bill of suppressing voter turnout,” said the committee member.
The new Florida state law says, ‘The supervisor of elections must conduct a general registration list maintenance program to protect the integrity of the electoral process by ensuring the maintenance of accurate and current voter registration records in the statewide voter registration system.’
‘A registration list maintenance program must be conducted by each supervisor, at a minimum, once each year, beginning no later than April 1, and must be completed at least 90 days before the date of any federal election.’
Because of this, Florida Democrats have a reason to be worried.
Close to 86,000 were removed from the voter rolls in Miami-Dade. Broward County saw a drop of around 191,000, and Palm Beach County saw a decline of just over 156,000.

Funny how accurate voter rolls and on-demand only mail in ballots lead to cleaner elections.

Having lived in this great state for a few decades, I think my state is in the best shape so far. Florida has had some shady election criminals, i.e. Brenda Snipes, who met with hitlery before that election. And always had to wait and see how many votes needed to be “found”. Remember how Broward was always last in reporting?
Since I’ve lived here FL has really shaped up nicely. And Dade county now has the 2nd largest “Red” schoolboard in the country.
I’m proud of my Governor and my state.
That’s right, loser — the legit living human voters don’t want what you’re peddling.

If they remove the 150+ year old voters, those with no address/DL/SSN, and those where there are 120+ people registered to an empty lot...
Yeah... I can see where the Dems would be scared spitless. That’s 3/4’s of their voting base.

Democrats are losing one of their biggest constituencies, dead people.
Produce the purged voters. They are free to sign up again if they meet the requirements.
A poster on the Daily Mail said the other day that he is a Democrat and he acknowledged that Democrats cheated in in 2020 and said we are going to do it again in 2024 because Republicans aren’t doing anything to stop us. I am afraid he is right., just not in Florida. They were discussing the Trump trials and the fact that they didn’t care if the verdicts get over turned , they just wanted to smear Trump and hurt him on the campaign trail.
Of course because they only way they can *win* is to cheat.
They know if they don’t cheat, they will legitimately lose. That’s why they are going to such great lengths to keep Trump from running and not clean up voter rolls and allow mail in ballots, etc.
Can’t count on the Dead vote any longer?
Looks like they’re purging the democrat voting triad: the dead, the nonexistent, and the illegal.
DeSantis got rid of the Broward election commissioner…and they found 60,000 people on the voter rolls dead or moved
