Anecdotal evidence like this indicates that as the power of the unelected intel-corporate-media-crony-deep-state has risen, the IQ of elected officials has declined.
Worse, as this same power of centralized government increases, it seems more likely that good people avoid politics, and more psychopaths are attracted to it.
That's why The United States, under this Constitution, isn't supposed to have even a small fraction of the power and wealth it has today.
