If a 25% tariff is placed on something the domestic producers are able to cut their prices by at least 20%.
Just eliminate the income tax. Replace it with tariffs and sin taxes. It was that way before. With no income tax people will have more to spend. Like the first 100+ years in our history.
Start out by lowering it to 1% straight across the board. Then go to work on eliminating it entirely through the amendment process. Some peoples taxes will go up at 1% believe it or not.
