Is there any chance at all that if President Trump is convicted in this sham trial, that the sham judge will postpone sentencing pending the outcome of appeals? All appeals? Is that typically done and under what circumstances are sentences postponed, pending exhaustion of appeals?

No. The appeal will come after he is sentenced.
