Netanyahu needs to do what he needs to do.

Joe Biden can take a flying leap with an ice cream code.

Like Manchurian Candidate Barack Hussein Obama, he’s no friend of Israel.

I guess Bibi is finding that out about now...

I wish Netanyahu would put Israel ahead of his political survival. The majority of the 130-plus missing hostages are dead. Those few remaining are sadly collateral damage. You cannot risk millions of lives to save 50, maybe 75 people. It is easy for me to say I am not an Israeli, nor do I have a family member as a hostage.

Netanyahu and his coalition recognize the protests (in Israel) are hurting them politically. They are in political survival mode, so decisions on both sides are being made with an eye on holding or taking political power in Israel. It is politically in the best interest of Netanyahu's opponents to end the war now. They do not care if HAMAS survives; they know Netanyahu and his party would lose in elections held now. All this affects how the war is conducted, and the IDF will bear the brunt of these decisions. Politics be damned. Push the Rafah citizens to the East and North. Give them 72 hours to evacuate. Begin full-scale invasion and pray you find hostages alive. Netanyahu will not be reelected, and his party may lose power if he does this and the hostages are not recovered. But if he falls on his sword, he can save Israel and his party. Netanyahu needs to do what is best for Israel. History will ultimately judge him as a leader.
