If the ‘pulp’ is in the form of buildings, the bully was been whacked hard, but the bully obviously is still malevolent and now has little left to lose.
the point was predicated on the immediacy of beating the qwap of a bully before they can get away. agree that just blowing their house down is ineffective, as we all now see. someone said “fighting fire with fire is not as effective as fighting fire with gasoline”.
