Not going to remove it from her court so smith and his conspirators can refile it with some lefty judge.
She knows better. The crooked prosecutors would appeal and seek a different judge. Judge Cannon is being VERY smart. She controls the calendar of the trial. The setting of the calendar is not subject to appeal.
This case is going to get tossed or severely limited, ie, evidentiary sanctions. Judge is a Trump appointee. She knows she needs to move in that direction step by step to cut off commentary that she only acted politically (though that will be claimed anyway.) but in any case summary determination and/or terminating sanctions are severe and a judge should always approach it slowly and carefully
Likely won’t toss the case but could exclude “evidence” in my opinion. Then, ask Jack Smith if he has anything to proceed to trial with.

I believe she may be dragging it out it insure they cannot reinstitute through appeal in any way before November.
