Based on the latest available data and an enhanced version of a stress-tested methodology from a scholarly journal, a new study by Just Facts has found that about 10 percent to 27 percent of non-citizen adults in the U.S. are now illegally registered to vote.
The U.S. Census recorded more than 19 million adult non-citizens living in the U.S. during 2022. Given their voter registration rates, this means that about two million to five million of them are illegally registered to vote. These figures are potentially high enough to overturn the will of the American people in major elections, including congressional seats and the presidency.
In 2014, the academic journal Electoral Studies published a groundbreaking study by three scholars who estimated how frequently non-citizens were illegally voting. Based on data for the 2008 presidential and congressional elections, the study found that:
“roughly one quarter of non-citizens” in the U.S. “were likely registered to vote;” “6.4 percent of non-citizens actually voted;” 81.8 percent of them “reported voting for Barack Obama;” and illegal votes cast by non-citizens “likely” changed “important election outcomes” in favor of Democrats, “including Electoral College votes” and a “pivotal” U.S. Senate race that enabled Democrats to pass Obamacare. The study’s voter registration rate was estimated with data from two key sources:
A national survey in which 14.8 percent of non-citizens admitted that they were registered to vote. A database of registered voters that reveals what portion of the surveyed non-citizens “were in fact registered” even though “they claimed not to be registered.” By combining these data, the author’s “best” estimate was that 25.1 percent of non-citizens were illegally registered to vote.

But then again, that's true for almost any illegal activity.

The 2014 study showed that nearly 90% voted for Obama. It proved that flooding the country with trespassers is good for Democrats.
The problem was Republican poll watchers and legislation that would mandate IDs for voting. This would keep trespassers away from the polls for fear of being arrested and deported.
So, Democrats funded gain of function research in Wuhan to create a super-flu that could be hyped into something deadly and that would allow for the change of voting from in-person to vote-by-mail.
Democrats also enacted ballot harvesting that allowed people, other than the voter, to submit ballots:
24 states and D.C. permitted someone chosen by the voter to return mail ballots on their behalf in most cases
13 states specified who may return ballots (i.e., household members, caregivers, and/or family members) in most cases
1 state explicitly allowed only the voter to return their ballot
12 states did not specify whether someone may return another’s ballot

The voter rolls should be purged after every national election. With new technology, you can vote from your iPhone and it will be more secure than what is going on now. And it is simple.
There is a national database with SS numbers. On election day only, you log into your phone and you vote. Your SS number is your voter ID. Once you vote, your name is digitally crossed off the list so you cannot vote again. No need for polls, poll workers or machines. The copy of the database is temporary and after the election it is deleted.
And the best part is, this system can be implemented in 3-6 months. Build the mobile app and voters download the app. The sign in is SS number plus a user created temporary password which has to be validated by text to ensure the user is real. Cheating has just been eliminated and with the temporary database, since it will be read only until the vote is case, it cannot be hacked.
