Prosecutor's 'star witness' Michael Cohen is back on the stand for third day, as the court waits with bated breath to find out whether former President Donald Trump could testify himself.
Last week, Trump's defense lawyer caught Cohen in a liet about a crucial phone call that tied the former president to a cover-up around hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels in a dramatic 'aha' moment .

Agree 100%. It would be pointless for Trump to testify, especially when no underlying crime has been presented. If judges refuses to give a directed verdict then call Cohen’s lawyer and then rest the defense.
Jury sees:
1. Skanky and demonic witness saying she and Donald did something.
2. Trump in the company of much younger and prettier women...and married to someone much classier and prettier.
Trump doesn’t need to testify.
Trump testifying would be the biggest mistake ever.

Not necessatily. Needed: some good research on how juries react to defendants who don’t testify. As bad as that courtroom has been, Trump would have more control over the process in a courtroom than he would have during a debate.
I figure he will testify. He has this near death wish thing that pulls him to bad decisions like a magnet. Just how wise is it as well to show up at your trial for paying off bimbos with a couple of babes in tow. I don’t care how smart or indispensable they are, if they are, it is just horrible optics. Trump should never be allowed to hire anyone. He is just bad at it.
