Nope, He's doing exactly what he should be doing. And quite frankly, I don't need to know WHERE he is, but just that he's okay and in charge. It would make no sense for him to return to D.C. until we know for sure that D.C. and the White House are secure.
If I wanted to strike at the heart of America, the attacks we have had would be phase 1. A likely response would be to shut down all airports. This would remove all the clutter from the sky, and expose Air Force 1 to missle attack at several ambush points between his last known position, and Washington DC. The fact that he is NOT taking a direct route back to DC, is a demonstration that his people are doing the right thing.
