US Army official First Identified Casuality at Oklahoma Bridge

OF THE SEVEN, only one was positively identified late Monday. Lt. Chris West of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol identified him as Andrew Clements, 35, who worked for the U.S. Army. Clements was said to have been driving from California to Virginia. The identification was made by dental records. His hometown was not immediately available.
