This is one time that I will give GW a pass. Imagine how bad of condition this government was in for 8 yrs. And in those yrs Bubba decimated things at warp speed. I'm sure if GW was really ready to change things he had no idea of where to begin. That being said I believe there was information available to have prevented disaster. Rice, Tenent, Mueller should go.
