Leftist: "RACIST!"
I'm going to stop allowing anyone that I have an idealogical difference with use any of these words - like racist, homophobe, etc.
Basically, ask them if that is the totality of their argument, and that you expect more out of an educated person.
Same with anyone supporting a leftie or deriding a conservative. Ask them "what policies or accomplishments do you admire in this person?" or " what positions do you disagree with the conservative on, and why do you disagree".
Usually these people are so uninformed that they just blubber a little bit and shut up.

Tancredo Lauds President's Leadership to Oust Hussein
Emphasizes Fact U.S. Must Secure Own Borders Before Attacking Iraq
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- U.S. Representative Tom Tancredo (R-CO) praised President Bush's demand to the United Nations (U.N.) today to confront Iraq and support efforts that would force Saddam Hussein to destroy his weapons of mass destruction. Rep. Tancredo issued the following statement to emphasize his ongoing concern that the U.S. must first protect its own border before engaging in a war against Iraq:
"The president clearly illustrated today that the U.N.'s credibility is on the line. I unequivocally endorse the president's demand before the United Nations that Saddam Hussein's regime must fall and, more importantly, be appealed for world support in replacing this terrorist regime.
"However, as we consider going to war against Saddam Hussein, we must protect the vital interests of the U.S. first and foremost. We must protect our borders. We cannot wait for the U.N.'s permission to attack Iraq, but we can begin to gain control over our own borders.
"I laud the president's strong moral leadership. The U.N. must recognize their abdication of its responsibility, and take action. But equally vital to our national security is gaining control of our own border, so potential terrorists are deterred and prevented from wreaking havoc on our people."

Is this the kind of comment we can expect from those who disagree with Representative Tancredo?
First of all, Tancredo is bringing a lot of positive attention to the importance of holding the integrity of our borders and of citizenship in high regard. A good showing on O'Reilly will hopefully have people all over the country wanting to know how their candidates for Congress stand on this issue.
I really think Tancredo can have more of an effect than does Pat Buchanan, as he is supporting a concerned constituency which, by every poll we've seen, overwhelmingly supports protection of our borders and sending illegals home.
