Like an old familiar pair of bluejeans, I slipped back in time to our life and death struggle against the Clinton/Gore Crime Syndicate on Saturday.

Here in Northern Wisconsin, we have had a well organized but misguided Anti-war Anti-American Peace protest. This poorly dressed and hopelessly brainwashed group has held weekend gatherings at the intersection of two state highways in Minocqua/Woodruff Wisconsin for the last month. They are twenty in number and wave all sorts of the traditional atheist rhetoric at passing traffic.

Today I finally snapped! After asking at least five other folks to come along and being rejected, I relocated my Chinese Bullhorn, my American flag and my Bush-Cheaney Poster. I arrived and set up my collapsable chair. I held up Old Glory and the old campaign sign. From that point on the passing cars were honking, cheering and yelling out support.

Of perhaps two thousand vechicles which passed by only three voiced a differing opinion. Of course it wasn't an informed opinion, but more like a gesture if you get my drift. Only three souls attempted to try to engage me in debate. Whenever they opened their mouths they were politely informed of their intellectual shortcomings. They have no real facts to rest their arguments upon.

Within 15 minutes they huddled together and came up with a strategy. They packed their stuff up and left the area. Old Glory was proudly waving as the wind whipped her about at 25 miles an hour. They Atheist Liberals and their cohorts the Anarchists defeated, the Stars and Strips stood.

If you're not out FReeping these days, you don't know what you're missing. I'll be in the Rhinelander paper on the frontpage on Sunday. One against twenty and they retreated.

i'll tell you what, you don't wanna be on the wrong side of gramma. i've personally witnessed her take a rolling pin to someone who my gramma would have taken a ruler to.

,the Lakeland Times editorials and articles were brutal. Boycott this guys business etc,,,.I hate to tell you but, the Hate-America first crowd was all local. Painfully unimformed like the rest of "the Sheeple"
