Not only is he an idiot but the Law also is an Ass for thinking this way as well ... It's always the Man's fault, no matter what happens.

It's a weird, defective and false ideology, totally at odds with reality in USA today, but the feminists will luv ya for it and use it to screw men from here to the gates of H*ll.

"That's my opinion."

Well, it is only an opinion. . .but would be good for you to re-read this story so that you really do understand where you are coming from.

My God, how horrific. So true that father's have little or no rights concerning their children, born or unborn. CPS fails again as usual. Katie will defend the Mother I suppose.

What a beautiful baby. How very very sad.

The disintegration of society is now speeding up so fast that the scenery is whizzing by too fast to see.

I lived in Berkely in the late 60's and was invited to the early "women's liberation" meetings by my room mate - after two or three meetings, the "wymmin" all declared that they hated men and wanted to be lesbians. They were the angriest, bitchiest, shrillest nastiest bunch of females I had ever seen. I left, and never looked back. (BTW, my roomie then "came on" to me and I moved out of state!)

Feminism is evil, and totally against nature. These women who kill their children have gone mad or are just plain evil. Women and men are very, very different in their psychology and roles they are meant to fulfill in the world, by divine arrangement. Men are being emasculated and deprived of their natural masculine role as protectors, and women are being de-feminized and deprived of their role as mothers and nurturers.

Result? A world gone mad. And children slaughtered in the womb, and now after they are born. And the ones that survive the gauntlet - many so damaged they can't be fixed.

You all know that now one third of all children born in the US are born out of wedlock?

Your personal experiences must be from another planet because in the country women have all the power. They have scammed everyone into thinking they are under the thumb of "the man". And if there is a chink in their armor, there is nanny government there to make it a full fledged pile-on.

She may have been on meds caused by his unreasonable and selfish actions.

You assume that she was on meds for reasons unrelated to his activities, I assume that his activities caused her to take medications.

That's the difference in our opinion - both are assumed, both are opinions.

Pokey--you sound awfully mad. I think it's very sad, but to say the father drove her to depression is jumping to conclusions. She had already been under psychiatric care. I doubt he caused her depression.

The e-mail she sent the paternal grandmother doesn't speak too well about her mental state either. Talk about anger, and, yes, hatred. Even if it were deserved on the part of Ramirez, to drag his mother into it is really low.

Why are you so steadfast against this grief-stricken man? At least he tried to intervene to help his little girl.

And one last thing. What kind of woman kills her daughter then herself in the home of her cousin, who was giving her a place to stay?

WTH?

You are entitled to an opinion, just as Flat-Earthers are entitled to their atrociously incorrect belief.

Where in this article did you get information that would lead you to this theory?

The part where she was a loon before she even had the kid? The part where she was BIPOLAR? I mean, where the hell did you get this idea from?

I don't think that anyone speaking on this subject is devoid of assumptions.

I don't think anybody speaking on this particular case, myself included, knows enough about the facts to pass judgement without having an opinion.

I'm not mad.

okay! I was only going by your strong language.

You're right--there's not much there. One thing is for certain. That little girl is dead. pray for them all.

Roe v. Wade declared life disposable. I never heard of such things back when life was still considered sacred. Thanks a lot NOW. Of course, I'm sure you will never see or admit YOUR responsibility for such atrocities until God Himself calls you to account, and He WILL call you to account whether you believe in Him or not.

Whatsa matta wit you AG? Ummmm... IIRC, Elian was used as a photo-op by Fidel. As was his father.

In fact I recall reports that his father had no objection when his mom took him and tried the voyage to Florida.

There is nothing-not a word- in this story to buttress this ridiculous argument you are making that it was somehow this poor father's fault his looney-tune, ex-girlfriend murdered his child. Nothing. What you are doing is shameful. According to these articles, the man was doing everything in his power to resolve the problems through the appropriate channels. That is where he went wrong, if anywhere.

Respectfully, after having attended enough court hearings for clients and observing others while waiting for the docket to reach my cases, the bias in NOT inate. It is overt. Equality and respect for fathers rights are mere lip service. Fathers have to go prove their cases beyond a reasonable doubt NOT by a preponderance of the evidence.

both are assumed, both are opinions.

This is true, but you are unreasonably assuming facts not in evidence. There is nothing on the record to prove that he was in any way abusive. He was a father. He may have cared enough about his child to try to protect her from an unstable mother. His efforts were in vain and now his daughter is dead. What you have chosen to say about him on this forum is not only unfair to him, it is also in bad taste.
