This is from the news article. If it is documented that she was suppose to be on meds, then he had a legitimate complaint.

She may have been on meds caused by his unreasonable and selfish actions.

You assume that she was on meds for reasons unrelated to his activities, I assume that his activities caused her to take medications.

That's the difference in our opinion - both are assumed, both are opinions.
