Criticism abounds among aid agency officials in Kabul of the part played by the Americans in this process.

I knew this was going to be our fault somehow, in the eyes of this reporter. It's not the fault of the freakish Afghan culture and the stupid religious beliefs of the murderers.

Enemy press.

This from a Freeper warrior who was there:

#709. I can't say where I was, However, I can say this: It was in a valley surrounded by mountains in the distance. Through years of warfare, bones littered the ground. So much blood flowed there over the years, the dust was pink.
varied terrain. There were trees and streams. The enemy was
not far away. We struck at the enemy with positive results on several ocasions. We have unbridled resolve to keep fighting until victory is achieved!!!! All the local Afghani's have been friendly to us. We have witnessed and have helped them in rebuilding their country. A highlight was handing a very old man who is a carpenter some clean bottled water. The sparkle in his eyes said it all!!!! They are very eagerly accepting their freedom and very busy in rebuilding their country. They (The local Afghani's) are very happy at being FREE!!!!:-)
