Best case scenario the Feds were tracking him all along. Watching to see who he had contacts with. Who else are the bad actors.

To the media types who browse FR:

By not covering this story in greater detail than the 24/7 coverage of the Scoot Peterson/Kobe Bryant fiasco, you are willfully destroying your childrens' and grandchildrens' futures. By failing to follow the money trails of this man to whom ever and to everyone it leads, you have failed in your life's work as a professional journalist. You can not be redeemed by good works in the future, because the enemy is within the gates, have breeached the inner sanctum of the White House by buying influence of the First Lady, infiltrated the Armed Forces that are to protect you from the enemy who is suicidal in it's drive to subjugate your children, and is actively supporting bought and paid for politicians running for the highest office in the land.

Run with this story, give this betrayal of your country all the energy and commitment you can muster, for if you don't you, the press of the Western world, will be cursed to the last historical chronicler of the Western civilized world falls to the Islamist terror that they intend to sweep across the New World. Constantinople took generations to fall, you have the written history to prove it. You can chronicle this betrayal, and poison the root before it takes hold of your system of political freedoms and turns your great-grandchildren in to Dhimmi.

This story is not getting through the media frenzy created by the Wilson-Novak 'scandal'...... not sure it would be properly covered if it were the only game in town.

Bill O'Reilly had a segment that pictured al Amoudi, mentioned his arrest and went straight to Daniel Pipes to talk about the chaplain, two translators at Gitmo and militant Islam. Al Amoudi wasn't mentioned again.

There is another scenario here. It has long been a goal of our enemies to destablilize our economy. This money may be counterfeit.

Not only did Alamoudi contribute to Clinton...he also worked for the Clinton State Dept. as a speaker..

Take Alamoudi. The State Department chose him as a speaker and sent him abroad after Alamoudi donated money to the campaign of President Bill Clinton. Critics said he was kept as a speaker even when he was found to have been linked to Hamas, on the State Department list of terrorist organizations. Alamoudi said he opposes all sorts of terrorism.

In the end, Alamoudi's contributions were returned as officials scrambled for an explanation. "In evaluating this person or any person as a potential speaker," Boucher said last week, "we would look at the views that they had expressed and decide whether, in light of those views, we felt the person could be an honest discussant of the situation in the United States and, to the extent necessary, U.S. policy."

More:

The suspected bin Laden bag man was hired by the Clinton State Department a year after President Clinton turned down an offer from the government of Sudan for the al Qaeda chief's arrest and extradition to America.

Alamoudi remained on the State Department payroll right up through the 2000 election, a period during which President Clinton reportedly declined at least two additional offers to have bin Laden taken into custody.

Geez...look who else's name popped up...

Bonior is seeking funds from all communities, traveling across the country to try and come up with a respectable counter to the effort to unseat him. Recently, in Falls Church, Virginia, a group invited to a fund-raiser for Bonior’s campaign by Abdul Rahman Alamoudi of the American Muslim Foundation raised a significant amount in one evening. Similar efforts are going forward elsewhere.
