American authorities retract request to deport Mosab Hassan Yousef, who had spied on the militant group on behalf of the Shin Bet for a decade.
The son of a Hamas strongman, who had provided Israel's security establishment with valuable inside information for almost a decade, will not be deported from the United States, a California court ruled on Wednesday.

It is disgusting that the government even contested this...as another Freeper said on a different thread it appears that the young man is flesh and blood testimony to the grace of God...hence this administration’s reluctance to grant asylum.

Or how far the traitorous Obama Regime has fallen.
But a great AMEN for this decision, and pray it isn't somehow reversed.
For those many voices on FR who say 'there is no moderate Isalm', well here is one, of extreme courage and conviction. Of course he is not a Muslim anymore. But it shows how careful any Muslim must be, even here is the USA, if he or she decides to speak out against the atrocities of his own religion.

The traitorous, treasonous perfidy of team Obama on this is that they didn’t pull the request for deportation themselves; that the “dear leader” didn’t “kick some asses” to get the deportation order pulled. They, team Obama, apparently wanted him deported, which tells you who they are really working for.
