the trinity is a mystery, for God is both all 3 and 1. We will have to wait to get to heaven for this to be clarified.
my own personal guess.
Jesus declared that he was “the light”
I interpret that as the light in Genesis 1:3
quote “And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.”
So light has been with God since the beginning. And Jesus is the light. Just my personal belief.
There are mysteries surrounding the exact relationship of God and Christ, the exact architecture of heaven, the nature of the miracles in Christ’s birth, life, and resurrection. I don’t expect to completely understand this side of heaven. We’ll all find out when we get there. In the meantime I take the text as it’s written. There may be some deeper meaning I’m not privy to, so I’ll just take scripture at it’s word.
God shows us some things as we walk it out and the rest will wait.
A good analogy of the Trinity is the triple point of water. At a particular temperature and pressure water exists simultaneously as a solid and a liquid and a gas - the triple point.
I think that was made clear in the first chapter of Genesis and on through Revelation.
