The problem is that is the economy tanks, the elites are safe in their compounds and bodyguards. The rest of us will suffer.

A total collapse in supply chain/energy etc... will basically mean all hell breaks loose and ALL bets are off.

The rest of everyone on earth will suffer. Few can accurately fathom the enormity of humankind in absolute global disarray.
Throw in some good ‘ol precipitation, F3+ storms inland and at sea year round, some various volcanic and seismic activity, fires... like “The Road” but much broader all inclusive.
