Ok i found it- its around the 17 minute mark where it talks of of the “treaty of Vienna”, but do watch from the whole segment with the fella speaking, it’s not too long.
It was the “treaty of Vienna”, not Versailles. I had that wrong.
Until the treaty of Vienna is rejected on the floor of the senate, it remains “the law” apparently, and the left are exploiting it, and will comtinue to do so, trying to get us into the one world pandemic governing body with 2 separate treaties.
The Vienna treaty basicslly,states that if congress doesn’t reject a proposed treaty by the pr3sident, then the treaty “is enforceable”
