Sorry, but having Parkinson's doesn't make him a saint! Getting that is what prompted him to start stumping for embryonic stem cells! I'm sure he could care less about it before that. These stars are very self serving, and when they get a disease, the whole world must stop until there is a cure.

Just looking at Michael J. Fox's situation from a common-sense standpoint seems to make it unlikely he would have been imbibing. It's difficult enough for him to speak & act normally, so I doubt that he would risk making it much more difficult to speak in front of millions of people by drinking or taking drugs.

Lighten up!! I replied to an insinuation that Michael J. Fox was enjoying an altered state of consiousness while on stage last night. He has a degenerative disease that affects his speech, his gait, his outward presentation! He didn't mention his cause, and I didn't claim him to be a saint. The guy has guts to appear in public, especially on a show like the one last night.
