I agree...This is what happened, and it still can happen. The Mayor should open an account at CITIBANK and take all the money that was donated in the name of the victims AWAY from the United Way AND the Red Cross and put a Four-man committee of Private Citizens, chosen by Guiliani and put Guiliani in charge. Period. If I gave money under the guise of it going to be victims, I would be really, really pissed about now. I didn't, because I foresaw this coming. I hate the United Way and I'm not wild about the Red Cross, although they are a bit better.
