Seeing that this strip is in color, I think it is today's. In fact, I found it on Yahoo! Comics and it was listed as today's strip.

You're right; I should have caught that...I was just so enraged that I posted without thinking. That wasn't the first time, nor will it be the last. My comment about Trudeau still stands, however...

It's KILLING Gary Toolow and the rest of the America Lasters that x42 is now seen by everyone as a total failure and Dubya as a winner. The more venal his strips become the more pain he must be suffering.

Wassa matter Gary--having erectile problems with Jane since Dubya's in? Need to take out your frustration with this horrific implication?

Oh, wait. I'm wrong. I just looked it up. Trudeau does the pencils himself and somebody else does the inks. Pardon me.

The Orange County Register ran it today. I'll be firing off an e-mail, but I'll also keep my subscription. Sorry, it's either the Register or the Left Angeles Times. I don't think we want any of that around here. The Register's editorial staff is pretty conservative.

It's in our paper today. I wouldn't have seen it if I hadn't found it on this thread since I never read Doonesbury. If the newspaper knew what it was running ahead of time then it's time to cancel.

I wouldn't really let this upset me.

The truth is, what happened on 9/11 and the response by our nation are facts...and the REST OF THE STORY is that all the things in the Bush agenda prior to 9/11 were exactly right...so all this A**Hole is doing is recognizing that Bush had it right all the way!

Being right is what we conservatives do...factually and idealogically!

God Bless America and my fellow Freepers!

The Dallas Morning News "compromised" quite a few years ago by placing this so-called comic strip on the editorial pages.

I refuse to read it, but read this one someone so kindly posted and it is worse even than I remembered.

IN fact, it is so offensive that I feel I must protest to the DMN even though I know it won't do any good.

Yes, I would cancel

IF: there was any other paper in town, and

IF: I could bear to be without a paper. I really don't read it for the news at all anymore. I get that off the web and from Rush.

But, this is very true! Bush was a barely legitimate President prior to the Holocaust. He had been lucky but there were major battles to be fought and the '02 election was over the horizon. Thanks to the evil doers, we have a nation united as it has not been in 50 years, Bush is Churchillian, a bona fide war cheiftan in a war where, despite the opinions of leftist gurus, he has kicked some major butt, and his international capabilities are now legendary. Leveraged correctly, we may regain the Senate and get rid of some of the socialists in Congress. None of this would have happened without OBL and his excesses in the Holocaust. The evil doers have elevated Bush to levels that would have been impossible otherwise. Want a very nasty thought? Imagine what would have happened if Willie and the leftie crooks had been in office at the time of the Holocaust.

Just went to drudge... I guess drudge's hush hush is that FNC's O'Reilly is going to go after Rush's timeslots and do his own radio show.

If its true O'Reilly is nuts.

If your paper carries this strip, cancel your subscription IMMEDIATELY!

Yes, let's gather a list of all publications that print it (online included.)

I FEEL A FREEP COMIN' ON!

Wasn't it Chris Matthews who penned something about it being too bad that Clinton didn't have a test like this to showcase Clinton's leadership?

What a dolt. Clinton had numerous tests of his leadership against the same evildoers that Bush is now fighting. The USS Cole, Flight 800 (a coverup?), Embassy bombings, etc.

Actually, Clinton was quoted on AirForce One as being happy that the OKC bombing happened.
It helped his "agenda". Sad, isn't it?

Remember this is the same guy who did a strip about that Presidential IQ Study(the one that said Bush had the lowest IQ of any president, half that of Clinton) which turned out to be a completely phony e-mail hoax.
