and when she married moved to the apartment downstairs
used to tell me ''Staten Island is so beautiful, it's the country there''
she had never been any place else
I had been to Vermont tho -- and always wanted to move to Vermont

2nd, we must be related. When I get aground machines they take on a life of their own; a life committed to convincing me that I'm going to have a nervous breakdown. They also seem to freeze my mental capacity, since I announced to the whole world that $10 a month equals $40 a quarter. (I'm so embarrassed)

Don't forget, Staten Island is the only Republican borough of the 5 which make up New York City. Susan Mollinari was SI's rep to Congress and her father was borough President for years!

This fundraiser I'm guesstimating, 4 threads with about 600 posts/thread...2400 plus this... estimate 2500 posts.

Last fundraiser.....what, maybe 80 threads with 200 posts/thread, 16,000 posts....

So, lets do a little figgering......

$40,000 ÷ 2,500 = 16 dollars/post

$80,000 ÷ 16,000 = 5 dollars/post

Anyone??????

My sister lives two blocks from where we grew up. She hardly ever leaves SI and all her kids are now living within blocks of her. At least, having been in the service, I've had a chance to travel and see some of the country/world.

they are sweet people
now that I'm in Arizona tho, I can see they're too emotional
my mind didn't really clear up till I moved out of the city
maybe mass cities have mass consciousness
and it's hard to think for yourself
