To post a picture, the picture must already be on a web site on the internet (your own or somebody elses)

Next, you need the full URL of that picture, eg. http://www.mypicture.net/funnypic.jpg

Now, you enter that in the post box as follows:

< img src="http://www.mypicture.net/funnypic.jpg">

That's it!
