Waddaya' bet that Alcoa builds an aluminum plant and an adjacent electric power plant in Mexico.

Thanks to the Governor of California sucking up all the hydroelectric power from Washington State, Alcoa can no longer survive there. And with Alcoa gone, Boeing is leaving, too.

That's kind of a "which left first, the chicken or the egg?" scenario.

Boeing boosting Red China's aerospace capabilities is well documented.
(As if that's going to change China's policy of forced abortions.)
