I'm seriously considering donating to his campaign. I don't think a bumper sticker would do me much good, though, considering I'm a Texan. For some reason, I'm following this race as close as if it were my own state. I guess because California usually is the start of trends, and I think we have a chance to really reawaken the party here. If Simon wins, that shows we don't have to sell out to the RINO's to take a center-left state. It would be a major victory in the war against the RINO's.

I refuse to give in to cynicism or pessimism like so many on this forum. Maybe I might end up disappointed a time or two, but at least I'll know that I tried. Predicting failure pretty much guarantees it. I won't accept failure that easily.

Well said!! Even were our cause hopeless, which is far from the truth, we are obliged to do right as we see it.

If Simon can maintain a lead in the polls in the next 3 or 4 months Davis will implode and start making rash out of the ballpark statements and Simon will win it big.
