On the bright side, Grayout is loathed by many 'Rats who will not, or just won't vote. Simon has a great shot if he gets out the legal vote as Grayout will pull out all stops to save his political life...
That's the whole crux, isn't it. "Sure, it's a hopeless mess... but it's
my hopeless mess!" Look at how all the 'rats held together during the Clinton regime, no matter how despicable and loathesome he was revealed to be. They got that "unity" thang down, as conservatives DO NOT.
