Never mind that Simon's interest in the so-called hot button issues -- affirmative action, abortion, homosexual rights --is nil.

Is that true?

Anyway, I'm loving all the negative press on Davis. Pretty soon, are we going to start seeing positive articles on Simon -- meetings, speeches, positions? Or is he waiting until November's a little closer?

Just wait 'til Davis tells Californians we have to raise taxes again to balance the budget. His poll numbers will go even lower, I hope. Of course there are many ways to add tax to our lives, he may even invent some new ones.

I think he's letting Davis self-destruct. Then he can come in and pick up the pieces.

With all the bad Davis news, if Simon can stay alive until the election he has a good chance of winning :-).
