These "savings" seem to be window dressing for political consumption, a way for Grayout to claim to have done something. If I order 10 cases of something but later cut the order back to 8 cases, did I really "save" anything? And when I add the caveat that if I need the other two cases after all, the supplier must pay damages if he cannot supply them, have I really done anything meaningful? It sounds to me that the entrepranuers came out ahead again but the politicians will balleyhoo this as victory.
