schools already teach biology and I see no reason why it would make sense for a gubernatorial candidate to propose fine-tuning the bio curriculum from the governor's seat, especially if the suggested "mandate" is to teach something schools already teach in the first place.
I mean, wouldn't that just make him look dumb?
Why not advise a politician to say "I think schools should be forced to teach that 2+2=4 rather than 2+2=5"?
