Why? Are independent voters stupid?

Conflict of interest is something which must be managed.

There are processes which can be implemented to determine whether there is a need for software and which can control the awarding of contracts based on competitive issues. The governor should be able to own Oracle stock without making it impossible for the state to purchase and use Oracle software.

Whatever is the source of Simon's income, there should not be processes which allow him to enrich himself at the expense of Kalifornia taxpayers.

I have absolutely no knowledge of Gray-out Davis' income sources, but his incompetence and willingness to allow his hirelings to profit personally from "mistakes" made in their official capacities speaks very loudly about Davis' expectations.

These Democrat criminals have stolen my rights and are working on stealing my wealth.

Yes, we are.

The Oracle thing is big. That's why Davis is trying to distance himself. "I didn't know"; "It's not my fault"; and the resignation of his scapegoat, Barry Keene.

But it is big, and I don't see Davis returning the $25,000 contribution that came his way a few days after the signing of the contract. Do you?

Dump Davis!
