Simon has slipped in the polls recently, and the primary reason is probably because he won't disclose his income tax records. Hey, you'll have to do it when you run for President, may as well get it over now.

Where are all the Bush-bashers?

Glad to see Bush stumping for Simon. It should help those of us who want him to replace Davis.

Hot wife. Simon really does look like Clark Kent. Someday Bill may be riding jumpseat in b AF1.

Yeah, who's the blond?! Mrs. Simon? Reason enough to vote "Simon." I could look at her for the next four years....

The issue about Simon's tax return as far as I remember, wasn't that he wouldn't disclose his returns but couldn't. When asked how much he paid on his income tax this year, he said he didn't know how much if any he paid, same for the previous years. It made him look a little out of touch (even if an accountant does them for you, you still have to sign it, so you should know if you paid anything or not).

Thank you for posting those pix! The afternoon GWB was to arrive in LA, I was driving on Highway 101 up to Ventura. There was a very large, very slow moving plane flying low over the freeway headed toward the navy base. My first thought was it was not a gray-painted military aircraft, but a commercial jet. Then looking closely, it dawned on me that it was Air Force One! It gave me a real sense of pride, and I'm glad to hear that his visit to LA was such a success.

Bush is backing him now, but 2 months ago, he was backing the pro-abortion, pro-homosexual, ultra-liberal RIORDAN! Bush's behavior is quite strange for a conservative and his convictions appear to be quite shallow. I do not trust a man who contradicts his stated moral principles.
