As to Simon not releasing his tax returns - I understand that he has filed the required financial disclosure. It's not required to disclose tax returns, but Davis is sure going to make hay on this one.

I understand that Davis has been spending a lot of his time away from serious governing business, doing fundraising for himself. I believe Simon asked for a disclosure of his fundraising activities and Davis has not turned that over.

Well, the clintoons didn't release theirs either. Hmmm, I'm sure it's because of the mega-millions they made last year. They must be embarrassed to have made a killing in the decade of greed they were in the WH. I don't hear anybody in the media demanding to know how much chillary made last year.
