Mr. Gore resisted entreaties from the Democratic state chairman, Bob Poe, to make a triumphal appearance on stage with Mr. Lieberman, A "triumphal" appearance? Gawd, the sheer stupidity just makes me laugh uncontrollably. "And now, ladies and gentlemen, our triumphal losers..."
