The governor's office also dispatched the California Highway Patrol to Cortez's office to "secure all shredders and trash." Read as "make sure the job got done right."

What other DB would you choose if you could? Not sarcasm, but just an inquiry from a fellow database admin/user.
Personally, I favor Ingres, but I have heard good things of DB2 and Informix also.

Baheti said he was approached by Oracle's lobbyist about a contribution to the campaign
some time before the contract was signed...... Baheti said he did not solicit the contribution....... He doesn't have to solicit. All the "slobbyists" know the DumboRats and graydavis had
it all arranged already.....anybody wants to do business with the state has gotta contribute.

You posted,
I use Oracle at work. The state of Kaliidiots needs to hire you to be their Whoreacle consultant.
As of the last audit ending in March 2002, no one in the State of California is using Whoreacle yet. Not a department nor an invidual was using Whoreacle, as per this audit!
To: Buckhead
There was something posted recently on FR about your state problem with Whoreacle. I can't find it in our search system.
There was another SE state with a similiar problem.
Whoreacle is run by a RAT. They hire RATs. Big Rats from 1992 to now have had zero problems doing what ever to get business. If they failed, they had Arthur Anderson to make their losses look like profits. Then, they could dump the stock as insiders before the rest of the world found out about them.

Who benefited from the $25,000 check from Whoreacle>
Did Baheti receive any monetary benefit from that check. Did he cash it and take a finders fee?
We know the only one in Kalifornia who benefited from that $25,000 check was our own home grown fascist Benito II Davis!
Baheti was like those Chinese Nuns who passed on ChiCom money to the Goron in the 1996 election. They got nothing. They were just a drop off point for the bribe money.

Oh, yeah. There's gotta be some dirt there. That whole case reeks. It was little more than a fishing expedition in front of a biased judge. They found a little, and decided to go as far as they could. This whole case stinks, big time.
Methinks a major corruption investiagtion is in order.

This is warning to all who have been a bagman for Davis or thinking about it.
It might be safer to be clearing out land mines in a war zone with your bare toes than being a bagman for Herr Davis.

This needs a name, oracle-gate, Enron West, Enron Lite???????????????????????

WHOREACLE/ORACLE GATE?Hey we need your creative skills here like the Barbara shortnosed sucker fish.
We need to comeup with some creative buzzers that will make great bumpers stickers. We pay for them ourselves, and the Simon people don't get into trouble. Yet if 1,000's of us had some really great messages out there each day, the impact would be great.
Wish Davis's Mother had been pro choice!
SAVE CALIFORNIA! ABORT DAVIS!

That $25,000 was probably just the down payment and all that was out in the open. Benito Davis's off shore accounts probably went ChiKing when the big checks from Whoreacle arrived.
Nice touch with Johnny the lefty!
To: Grampa Dave
"Nice touch with Johnny the lefty!" His ex-wives maybe, Johnny's originally from 'flyover country', so I wouldn't believe what the media says he says for a moment. Hollywood would dearly love him to be 'left', but it ain't happening. He could've raked in big $$$$ for the networks by agreeing to be on the anniversary shows. I credit him with turning them down.

Johnny may be from flyover country, but he is infected with the Progressive bug that some many people from Canada down through Oklahoma/Texas have. He is of the same progressive mode that Tom Brokaw comes from and of course another winner from Flyover, Da$$hole and his junior Da$$hole senator.
