Sure, beagleye ...

Go ahead and enlighten us on what exactly Bush did with Enron, or what Bush had to do with its collapse ... or even explain how Bush managed to get the Import-Export Bank to subsidize Enron with hundreds of millions of Taxpayer dollars while Clinton was President.

I've noticed recently that Leftists think screaming "Enron!" somehow constitutes a clever argument. It doesn't. Bush has recieved campaign contributions from Enron ... big deal. Look what it got them. Zilch. Not even a phone call to put in a good word on their credit rating.

Clinton (and an assortment of Democrats) recieve countless times more from Trial Lawyers and Unions and it's always a clear case of tit for tat. If, anything, beagleye, it proves your President is cheap, Enron gave him far less and he opened the spigots of the Treasury for them.

By the way once you explain how a recession (which started before any of Bush's policies had been enacted) and a war can both occur at the same time and not negatively affect government revenues, especially a surplus, I'll pay some attention to your bleatings on economics.

FYI, eagle, the #1, top-dog, first-among-all recipient of Enron's money was...

...your pal, California Governor Gray Davis.

And judging from my energy bills, he earned it.
